JOGURT KOEK / YOGHURT CAKE

BRON : LITTLE HERB Hierdie is nou regtig die maklikste koek-resep wat ek nog gemaak het. Ek versier hom sommer met 'n witsjokolade versiersel . Het op hom afgekom op little herb garden 1 x small tub of natural yoghurt (they’re usually around 100-and-something grams) 2 x tubs of sugar 3 x tubs of self-raising flour 1 x tub of oil 2 or 3 eggs, depending on size Start by emptying the small tub/pot/container of natural yoghurt into a mixing bowl, then use the same tub to measure out all the other ingredients. Measure out all the other ingredients using the yoghurt tub, and give the mixture a good stir. Now is your chance to add anything you like. Vanilla. Lemon zest. A handful of chocolate chips. Whatever you fancy. Pour the mixture into a greased tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180′ for around 25 minutes or until cooked through GENIET/ENJOY!

BY ECO LOGICAL MOMS Servings: 1 portion 1 banana (it should be very ripe) 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (dark, without sugar) In a bowl, mash the banana REALLY well using a fork. Add the cocoa powder, mix it well. Voila! It's ready to eat...velvety and delicious! GENIET/ENJOY!

MALVALEKKER-TERT MET MAASKAAS / MARSHMALLOW-TART WITH COTTAGE CHEESE

1 blikkie Kondensmelk 125 ml Suurlemoensap ½ x 100g pakkie glanskersies (gesnippper) 150g Malvalekkers (gesnipper) 1 Houer Gladde Maaskaas 1 440g Gedreineerde Blikkie Pynappel (opsioneel) 250ml Vars room 1 pakkie Tennisbekuitjies/Vingerbeskuitjies Meng die kondensmelk en die suurlemoensap. Voeg die glanskersies(hou ‘n paar eenkant vir versiering), malvalekkers, maaskaas en pynappel by. Klits die room styf en vou by die mengsel in. Pak die beskuitjies in ‘n glasbak en giet die mengsel bo-oor. Versier met die orige glanskersie. Verkoel ‘n paar uur in yskas voor jy daaraan smul. 1 Tin Condensed Milk 125 ml Lemon juice ½ x 100g glace cherries 150g Marshmallows (cut into pieces) 1 cup cottage cheese 1 440g Pineapple (optional) 250ml Fresh Cream 1 Packet Biscuits Combine the condensed milk and lemon juice. Add the cherries (but keep a few to add last), marshmallows, cottage cheese and pineapple. Beat the cream until tyou see stiff peaks and fold into mixture. Place your biscuits as the base and gently spread the mixture over the base. Decorate the tart with the few cherries you left out. Refrigerate for at least 4hours.
